Photographs.

The Arnold Family Picture book!
The past looks at the past! And it's all pretend!

I thought Jack got married in his Army uniform.
I thought Korea was a foundational element for his character.

And the reason why he is kinda grumpy.

Stylin' for DAYS

That is one swanky pad.

Okay, I can see his wedding band, so I know there's no "living in sin"
going on in this hip apartment!  I bet they didn't have TV just yet.

That radio rather prominently frames Jack's head.

And you know that rule of thumb -
the more successful the dude, the cooler and more impressive his television set will be.

"It's the fifties! It's the fifties! Daddy's home from Korea and everything!"

"Meh. At least my hair got less shiny."

Then there were some dreamy tree-oriented celebrations.

The years leave no trace.

Getting these snaps was a bit tenuous with all of the dissolves.
So thankful for the 'mute' setting.

Going through the wringer!

Dealing with irritating teenagers.

Sitting in the sun for some reason.

Eating crappy diner food.

Well, If I have to have a time, I'd rather have a good time with you.

Mailbag!

For today's entry,

Well,

Um, it looks like we are supposed to answer a question sent in by a reader!

Oh, but we haven't got any.

Oh well.

How should we attack this?  Who has a question for Wonder Years Mom?

Turning day into nighttime.

Holy crap, Jack.  You're smiling.

I can do it, too.

See?  I WIN

THIS IS THE FUNNIEST BLOG ON THE INTERNET, YOU GUYS

Pink headband!

*sings a song about how Jack hit his head on something?*

"Noar'mah, you crack me up," he said, bandaged.

That was a good one, you guys!

Simplicity.

The back buttons!

It baffles me that they let them say "scrote" and "eat it" on television in the early nineties.  Wayne (above) would be fighting Kevin and you can hear him yell "scrote" fight after fight after fight.  It grosses me out every time!  Yuck!  Scrote means Scrotum.  BALLS.  He's calling his little brother a ball bag.  Too disgusting for tv, I thought.  Of course, when it aired, I had stopped paying attention to the show at all.

For a definition of eat it, I endorse Urban Dictionary.

This outfit is really cute and gets an A+.  :)
